Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum order value.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after processing, shipped from our US warehouse via tracked carrier service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping area: We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or freight forwarders at this time.

Delays: If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@roostguard.store and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
