Return Policy

30-day returns. If a product does not fit your coop or you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How it works: Contact us via the contact page before sending anything back. We will confirm your return and send you the correct US return address and instructions within 24 hours. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be matched to your order and may not be refundable.

Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged. Clearly damaged or incomplete returns may be subject to a partial refund.

Return shipping: The customer covers return shipping costs, except when the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case we cover everything and ship a replacement or refund you in full immediately.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse.
