Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum order value.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after processing. Orders are shipped from a fulfillment center in the United States operated by our fulfillment partner, via tracked carrier service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How we operate: RoostGuard is a small online retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. Our products are sourced from manufacturers and stocked with our US fulfillment partner, who ships them directly to you on our behalf.

Shipping area: We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or freight forwarders at this time.

Delays: If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@roostguard.store and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
